Abundantly available peer-reviewed science significantly disagrees.1 As a fully trained psychoanalyst I completely agree with those mapping mind pathology on the fresh side of brain and body biology. Let's work together to spread the word for improved, utilitarian answers that work remarkably well in the face of insufficient information. Maps only work if you use them.
At CorePsych, focusing on Treatment Failures for “ADHD”- and a wide variety of mind imbalances – we see these immunity issues in refractory patients more than 80% of the time.
Sean breaks down testing details on the street level. This video [and the audio program below] outline easily available Cyrex Laboratory [no economic affiliation] testing to dispel personal medical doubt and guesswork. He dissects the standard of care on Celiac Testing and clearly describes why improved testing will make a difference.
If you missed the Gluten Summit, Dr O'Bryan extended the discount to midnight Dec 2, Cyber Monday – now 67$, will increase Tuesday to 97$ – worth much more – bought it myself to review through next year. Love those videos!
Cyrex is the lab that provides these outstanding results.

[…] Sean Croxton Translates Gluten Testing […]
Thanks Dr.
Just for clarification are you asserting that personality disorders do not exist or are always caused by ADHD being missed?
Good point Sean! I do sound categorical at times! My only point: so many clinical presentations that don’t look like real biology in fact are actually based on biological imbalances.
Personality orders most surely do exist! The way we are raised, our childhood modeling patterns are clearly all relevant – but those who feel stuck, w/o answers, often can find some answers w more detailed investigation.

Hello Dr Parker,
I am a 32 yr old male originally from Australia but living in the freezing UK..
I have a question on Igg testing – I went to York Test in the UK on 2 occasions and each time I received different results. On my first visit I was informed by way of results that I am sensitive to Cows Milk, Gluten and both Egg White and Egg Yolk. I quit these foods but it did NOT help my DOE or Therapeutic Window of Vyvanse..
The next set of Igg Results told me that I was not allergic to any of Milk, Egg or Gluten but instead Yeast, Grape and Fish..
This immediately made me feel very skeptical of IGG food testing in the UK (perhaps in the USA the tests are more refined?) and with the scientific community at large condemning them:
“What I do dispute is that it is worth making any attempt to identify IgG antibodies. We all make IgG antibodies to food….I see no way in which this can be used to guide diet.” – Glenis Scadding, Consultant Allergist at the Royal Nose, Ear and Throat Hospital, characterized IgG tests for food intolerance as “a waste of money”.
This link is also quite informative: http://www.sciencebasedmedicine.org/igg-food-intolerance-tests-what-does-the-science-say/
I do not dispute that for many persons Igg may be a ‘game changer’ but based on my own personal experience would say they are not a magic bullet for everyone – perhaps other metabolic problems are to blame..
Would appreciate to hear your thoughts on what tests I should undertake to solve my Zoloft & Vyvanse DOE and Theraputic Window Problems. I have done the following tests and lifestyle steps:
1.) Gluten Sensitivity full profile – NEGATIVE
2.) Active B12 and MMA (methylmalonic acid) – WAITING ON RESULTS
3.) Vitamin D3 – result high normal
4.) Mineral Hair Anaylsis
5.) IGG Food Screen – As Above but has not help after i quit offending allergens 3 months ago and continue to do so.
6.) SIBO and Comprehensive Stool Parasitology.
7.) No history of head trauma
8.) Neurotransmitter testing – within normal ranges but taking supplements of L-Tyrosine and 5-HTP
9.) I sleep 9 hours
10.) Always have a Protein Breakfast
11.) Supplements – take fish oils, D3 in 5000u per day, multi vitamin and mineral.
12.) I exercise frequently and do not take Alcohol or drugs.
12.) Vyvasne on 70mg and while it has brought a remarkable improvement to my motivation on some days my PFC functions and decision making still poor.
13.) Would further testing for Pernicious Anaemia / Malabsoption / H Pylori help?
I find that other than poor executive function I have what I would describe as either:
– Schizoid Personality Disorder (no desire for close friends rather than Avoidant Personality Disorder who seeks closeness but is scared of not being approved of socially)
I have officially been diagnosed with this by a Psychiatrist
– Simple Schizophrenia (Negative Symptoms only)
I suffer from poor executive PFC function, Severe crippling Anhedonia, Avolition, Apathy, No Emotions, Damaging Impulsivity – occasional spending binges..
I am desperate for some initial advice and when I have enough funds I will be making a 1 hour consultation appointment.
Thank you for such a fantastic book and website that offers so many possibilities and unencumbered/frank advice!.. I appreciate my message is quite large!
Should I stop worrying and just accept that I have Schizoid Personality Disorder?
Pointers Welcome
Sean
Sean,
Just reading your note discourages the dx ‘schizoid personality disorder!’ That diagnosis is the quintessential appearance dx, w no basis on anything other than: you-seem-stand-offish. I would look forward to a consult and would encourage that you seriously read everything you can on Cyrex, the best lab in the world – expensive but delightfully predictable.
Listening thru the cracks I do believe you have an immunity issue, likely have a liver slowing issue creating metabolic imbalances, and the testing there, just like testing over here, hits only alpha gliadin [see the vids] – missing the point with the other gluten subsets. Take a look at these vids, you’ll get a kick out of Sean, and because you aren’t schizoid you will laugh at his humor, his demographic connection, and his significant intelligence.
The last vid in this series supports the idea of Cyrexlabs.com testing: http://bit.ly/IorWJs
Spend 67$ for these many hours of Immunity listening: http://bit.ly/1aANoCN – goes up to 97$ tonite at midnight.
You problems sound very metabolic to me – and therefore sound quite fixable!
