Blog solutions: The basics to make it easy

This note could make your information gathering life easier. Many of you are just now into blogs [the weblog, a written, always fresh web page of current info] and came to this page with a URL, a “www.corepsychblog.com” address. All that cut and paste could make it more time consuming. Yes, you could save that URL in your bookmarks or even your bookmark bar, but then you have to open the page to see whats up.

Suggestion: As you review this page go to the upper right hand corner and sign up for notifications of content at Get Email Updates. These brief topic notes arrive in your email and can be easily sorted as they are just a small email in size anyway. Easier to glance and read, not so much time with connections. All addresses remain confidential and will never be shared with anyone.

If you don't want to share your email address, and don't want to mess with email: The orange square, and the other widgets just below can bring updates easily to your computer without even having to go thru email. They sort brief, readable headlines of blog topics into one easily accessible place. Bing you open it, you quickly see your various blog topics and easily can review them.

Why go over this? Your life will be easier, we can chat more! You may be moved to comment at the bottom of the page and send out your comments for others to use in their own lives. The regular opportunity to discuss these useful and interesting matters becomes more available.

So please do take a moment to set up our connection for regular updates, and feel free to add to the discussion. I look forward to hearing from you-

    Dear Dr. Parker,
You recently met my husband Max Haskett at a seminar with IITAP. I just wanted to encourage you to consider reading Metabolic Plan by Stephen Cherniske. I found it rich with insights that support the notion of striving for healthy rather than stomping out symptoms we have identified as disease. I believe the Univera health products come into line with this paradigm AND have strong scientific foundation and patents. The proof is of course in the living happy and healthy. Hope to hear from you sometime. Kathleen
