    I am SO glad to see you are now “un-hacked.” While truly crummy when done to anybody’s site, to do it to someone who does SO MUCH to educated, inform and encourage is beyond the pale.

    Meanwhile, I need to go back to link your mentions on MY article on this topic to your site — I took them off when I saw the black screen of death.

    I, too, thank you for the heads up. Should be V-E-R-Y interesting.

    I’m hoping to hear something that might transform my experience of life-long destabilized chronorhythms. If I could sleep and wake with intentionality, I’d give up almost *anything* without a peep!

      Back to you off line… except to say chrono-rythyms almost always imply immunity challenges w adrenal compromise… seen it repeatedly. So many just can’t sleep, & drag during the day following those cytokine storms. All of Bluehost got hacked. My web guy is switching accounts.
